Segments

POLIGRAFICI IL BORGO concentrates on different segments, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

• Web offset printing with latest-generation technologies - presses for 16 to 80 pages, with dryer, a cylinder circumference of 60, 116 and 120 cm and maximum printing width of 206 cm. Web offset presses offer multiple page folding and cutting options thanks to state-of-the-art automatic technological control systems, and CIP3 interfaces for connection to the prepress department
• Cold offset printing at different production centres in the north, centre and south of Italy. The 10 web offset presses operate simultaneously and cut from 8 to 192 four-colour tabloid pages
• Single sheet printing on 4- and 5-colour 70 x 100 cm presses with in-line spreader for ecological water-based inks
• PRINERGY Workflow system with CTP lines. Receipt of digital layouts by FTP, with customer proofing and approval online via InSite
• The company has 7 automatic stapling machines with PVC shrink-wrapped packaging in line

Deliveries

Deliveries are made by an Italy-wide network of distributors that also handles international deliveries and guarantees that customer deadlines are met without neglecting the economic aspect.
